Prof. Muthu Singaram

Muthu Singaram is the Chief Mentor, Head of Consulting and a corporate facilitator at Muthu Singaram Consulting, Malaysia and PQMDC, India and is the Managing Trustee of the BELIEF. Muthu has a MBA in Multimedia Finance and Muthu's passion is in Entrepreneurial Development, Mentoring, Management of Emerging Technologies and Innovation.

Muthu was responsible in developing the Malaysian National Uniprenuer Development Programme (NUDP) at the Multimedia Development Corporation (MDC). Muthu was also a council member for the National Incubator Network. Muthu has mentored, consulted and facilitated participants from many parts of the world, these include companies like British Telecom, Institute of Public Administration Malaysia, Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers, Malaysian Employers Federation, Small and Medium Industries Development Corporation, The National Productivity Corporation, Malaysian International Chamber Of Commerce and Industry, The Institute of Leadership & Management (UK), Management Concept Asia Pacific, Shell, Exon Mobile, DHL amongst others. Muthu is associated with several Universities in Malaysia and India in the capacities of Adjunct Professor/ Visiting Faculty Member teaching Entrepreneurship and Technology to Degree and Masters level students. The institutions include the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Madras and Kanpur, Anna University Madras, Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai, India, National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad India, Loyola Institute of Business Administration, Chennai, India, University Technology Petronas, Malaysia and University Multimedia Malaysia.

Before forming Muthu Singaram Consulting, Muthu was the Project Director at British Telecom at their Asian Research Center. In a span of 16 months the team filed 10 patents and 16 publications. Muthu has two patents pending and four international publications. One of Muthu's project's ORDWORLD an online dispute resolution service is a provider to eBay India. Muthu has almost 20 years of experience in Engineering, Management and Entrepreneurship. Muthu is a regular speaker at many international Entrepreneurship conferences and a lead facilitator for innovation and other workshops. Currently he is the innovation driver for several companies and Universities in India and Malaysia.

Ms. Chittu Nagarajan

Chittu Nagarajan is Head of the Community Courts of eBay and PayPal, and Conference Chair for the 10th Online Dispute Resolution Conference. Chittu is a Fellow of the National Centre for Technology and Dispute Resolution, University of Massachusetts at Amherst, U.S.A. She has a Legal Practicing Certificate and is a trained Mediator. Chittu's passion is in Online Dispute Resolution, Micro-justice, Conflict Prevention and Resolution, Cyberlaws, E-commerce, and Intellectual Property. Chittu's first degree is in History whilst her second degree is in Law. She holds a Masters in Alternative Dispute Resolution to E-commerce disputes.

Chittu is the creator and co-founder of ODRworld and ODRindia, the first Online Dispute Resolution Service Provider in India in 2004. Chittu has supervised several Masters Students in the United States including Harvard. Chittu is a Regular Guest Speaker at several Universities in Malaysia and India where Chittu speaks on Intellectual Property, Mediation and Online Dispute Resolution.

Chittu also conducts workshops for various companies in India and Malaysia in the areas of Online Dispute Resolution, Negotiation Skills, Conflict Management and Intellectual Property. Chittu was a speaker at the United Nations Online Dispute Resolution Forum in December 2007, Hong Kong; the United Nations Online Dispute Resolution Forum in June 2008,Victoria, Canada; the United Nations Online Dispute Resolution Forum in June 2009, Haifa, Israel; the International symposium on Online Dispute Resolution, September 2009, Barcelona, Spain and the United Nations Online Dispute Resolution Forum in June 2010, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Chittu was a speaker at the Micro-finance course conducted by the International Development Law Organization (IDLO). Chittu is a Regular Evaluator at the International Competitions for Online Dispute Resolution.
